Evaluation: The grant applications received by the Committee are evaluated on an equitable basis considering, such factors as project need, project impact, organizational capacity, and financial implications. Results are confidential and the property of Samtec, Inc., and decisions regarding granting is at the sole discretion of Samtec.
Process & Approvals: Committee members may, from time to time, seek to talk to and meet with grant applicants or conduct site visits when appropriate to better evaluate grant applications. After review of the grant requests from the Cycle, the Committee will make grant award recommendations to Samtec Management for final grant action decisions.
